Welcome to everyidea.cool. These terms explain the rules that apply when you visit or use the site, an account, or realtime interactions.

Accepting these terms
By accessing or using everyidea.cool, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, stop using the site and its features.

Service scope
The site publicly presents ideas, project stages, build progress, aggregated interest, and crew assessment records. It also provides Google sign-in, same-page presence, live cursors, and short realtime messages. Available pages and features are defined by what the site currently provides.

Sign-in and account security
Google OAuth provides identity verification. Use only a Google account that you are authorized to use, and protect that account and your devices. The site never asks for, receives, or stores your Google password. It does not request verification codes or payment information, and it will not ask you to install software. You are responsible for activity in a valid session and should sign out on shared devices.

Public content and project records
Ideas, stages, progress, assessment results, and related records clearly presented by the site may be publicly accessible. Interest data is generally shown in aggregate. Rights in the site's pages, visual design, writing, code, and other materials remain with their respective owners; normal access does not grant additional rights to copy, republish, or commercially exploit them.

Interest and crew assessment
Interested and not interested reflect user sentiment. They are not votes and do not determine an outcome on their own. The crew may assess ideas using published dimensions, feasibility, and actual capacity. No idea is guaranteed to enter a build, finish on a particular schedule, or achieve a particular result.

Live presence and short messages
People on the same page can see presence and cursor positions. Signed-out visitors use a gray page-scoped alias, and what they send appears as an anonymous hidden message without triggering a contextual Ghost response. After sign-in, a public display name, @handle, or safely normalized Google profile name appears with a colored cursor, and message text is briefly public. Crew identity is assigned only from the site's account role. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or unsuitable public content.

Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, malicious content, infringement, bypassing security controls, automated abuse, connection interference, or conduct that disrupts the site or other users. Do not ask people for passwords, verification codes, payment information, or software installation.

Third-party services
Google provides identity verification, while Cloudflare provides network, compute, and storage services. Those services are also governed by their own terms and privacy rules. Outages, account restrictions, or service changes at those providers may affect parts of the site.

Changes to the service and terms
The site may adjust its features or these terms for functional, security, or compliance reasons. Updated terms apply when published on this page. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and is not guaranteed to remain uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
